Prosource Property Services provides Strata Managers with planned preventative maintenance programs that extend the useful lifetime of property owners’ investments. It also allows resources to be allocated and budgeted for many years into the future to prevent high emergency capital expenditure.

Our primary objective is to supply the services of an onsite Maintenance Custodian who along with the management and administrative support from our office provides the following:

Keep log of maintenance performed
Keep log of new service penetrations through walls, roofs
Update maintenance budgets
Update maintenance plan, including schedules
Keep track of any deferred maintenance
Arrange maintenance service contracts
Arrange periodic inspections of all enclosure assemblies
Review and update maintenance standards and policies
Review inventory of maintenance equipment
Review adequacy of maintenance supplies
